🔁 All Sales Are Final – Made to Order
At DazzelCases, all products are made-to-order, which means we produce each item specifically for you after your order is placed.
As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
✅ Acceptable Return Reasons
We only offer free replacements in the following situations:
• The product arrived damaged
• The item is defective or misprinted
• You received the wrong item or model
To qualify for a replacement, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the damage or error
🚫 Returns Not Accepted For:
• Buyer’s remorse (you changed your mind)
• Wrong size or product chosen by the customer
• Minor variations in print color, alignment, or design placement
Since all items are custom-printed, we cannot restock or resell returned items.
📦 Return Process (If Approved)
If your case qualifies for a replacement, we will:
• Send a replacement product free of charge
• No need to return the original item (unless requested)
💸 Refunds
Refunds are only processed if:
• We are unable to fulfill your order
• You cancel the order within 2 hours of purchase and production hasn't started
Refunds (if approved) will be issued to the original payment method.
